Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) at Luke Air Force Base in Avondale, AZ, is dedicated to supporting families with nutrition and health education, providing essential access to healthy food, and other vital services at no cost for eligible Arizona families. Our program welcomes a diverse array of families, including married and single parents, whether working or not. If you are a mother, father, grandparent, foster parent, or legal guardian of a child under five, you are encouraged to apply. WIC offers comprehensive nutrition education, breastfeeding support, financial assistance for nutritious food purchases, and referrals to healthcare services, immunizations, and community resources. To apply, be sure to bring everyone enrolling in the program, including children, along with a driver’s license or photo ID, identification for each participant, proof of address, and evidence of income. Please note, a Military Pass is required for access to WIC services at this location.
