In Avondale, AZ, Esperança’s Phoenix Program is dedicated to empowering underserved youth, adults, and seniors through comprehensive health education and resources, with a special focus on the Latino community in Maricopa County. Our bilingual and bi-cultural Community Health Educators, who share the backgrounds of those we serve, provide a welcoming environment where participants can enhance their well-being. We offer a range of essential programs including nutritional education through 'Your Health with a Latin Flavor/Su Salud con Sabor Latino', diabetes education with our Diabetes Education and Empowerment Program, and practical lifestyle coaching to support healthy living. Our mission is to ensure that everyone has access to the information and skills they need to lead healthier lives.
