OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women facing the challenges of ovarian cancer in Arizona City, AZ. Our mission is to empower these brave individuals with practical resources, providing financial assistance tailored to their unique needs. Each patient may receive a financial grant of $200, alongside a $100 gas card and a $100 grocery card to help with essential living expenses. Additionally, we offer vital psycho-social counseling and genetic counseling sessions via phone, ensuring emotional and informational support during treatment. We encourage healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of their patients, as we process requests in the order they are received, dependent on available funding. OvarCare is here to help make this journey a little easier for those who need it most.
