Senior Farmers Markets Nutrition Program (SFMNP)

The Senior Farmers Markets Nutrition Program (SFMNP) in Apache Junction, AZ, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of low-income seniors by connecting them with fresh, nutritious, and locally grown produce.
