Erin Guffey, LPC, understands that change can often feel overwhelming, yet remaining stuck in familiar, unhealthy patterns may hinder one from embracing the best version of themselves. She aims to walk alongside her clients as they identify these patterns, establish realistic goals, and implement meaningful changes in a supportive and manageable way. With seven years of experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, Erin addresses a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, strained family dynamics, and unhealthy boundaries. As a trauma-informed clinician, she possesses specialized experience assisting individuals who have endured sexual abuse and domestic violence. Erin has also worked extensively with college students and has a particular interest in supporting individuals and couples navigating the challenges associated with infertility, pregnancy, and the postpartum experience.
