MOVE! Weight Management Program in Trussville, AL is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans by providing a comprehensive set of weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and has access to a variety of tailored treatment options. We offer support through group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for those who prefer in-home assistance. Veterans can also engage with the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent weight management, along with access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who need additional support.
