Financial Assistance Funds

Based in Trussville, AL, Financial Assistance Funds is dedicated to supporting children with special health care needs and their families through vital financial assistance. We understand that the journey can be challenging, which is why we provide funding for a range of essential services, including medical costs like prescriptions, medical bills, and durable medical equipment, as well as non-medical expenses such as home and vehicle modifications, clothing, and hygiene items. Our program also covers healthcare-related expenses including travel to medical facilities and lodging for families, in addition to daily living costs like food and utilities. Each family can receive grants of up to $500 per year, with requests reviewed on a rolling basis to ensure timely support. For any special circumstances outside our standard categories, we welcome additional requests for consideration.
