In Toney, AL, the Patient Enrichment Program, an initiative by NASCF, is dedicated to addressing the urgent financial challenges faced by individuals living with sickle cell disease. Our mission is to provide comprehensive financial assistance tailored to the unique needs of our clients, encompassing essential categories such as utilities, transportation, prescriptions, food, and housing. To access this crucial support, individuals must complete an intake interview form, allowing us to assess their specific needs. Each application is carefully reviewed for approval by our Executive Director, ensuring that we can deliver timely and effective assistance to those in need.
