OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program, located in Toney, AL, is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer by providing vital financial assistance and resources tailored to their needs. Our mission is to empower these incredibly strong individuals through a comprehensive assistance package that includes a $200 financial grant, $100 gas card, and $100 grocery card to help with essential expenses. Additionally, we offer psycho-social counseling sessions conducted by licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling via phone, ensuring holistic support during this challenging time. We encourage healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to submit applications on behalf of their patients. Applications are prioritized on a first-come, first-served basis, and grant availability is contingent on funding.
