MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in Sylacauga, AL, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to empowering Veterans to achieve healthier lifestyles through comprehensive weight management and health promotion resources. Our mission is to provide every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities with the necessary tools to address obesity by offering various treatment options tailored to individual needs and preferences. Participants can engage in supportive group sessions, benefit from personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, utilize our TeleMOVE! in-home messaging system, or conveniently track their progress with the MOVE! Coach mobile app designed for independent management. For those who need additional assistance, we also offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans struggling with weight-related challenges.
