MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Pleasant Grove, AL is dedicated to enhancing the lives of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with personalized weight management services tailored to their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management. For those facing persistent weight-related challenges, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
