Located in Oxford, AL, Cancer Transitions offers a comprehensive, evidence-based program designed for cancer survivors who have completed their treatment. While the initiative primarily serves individuals finishing their treatment within the last 24 months, its benefits extend to those at any stage of their survivorship journey. Participants receive personalized nutritional guidance, customized exercise plans, and vital education on emotional health as well as medical management. Our mission is to empower survivors with the resources and support they need to thrive and embrace life after cancer.
