At Nutrition Services, part of the Top of Alabama Regional Council of Governments (TARCOG), we are dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of seniors in Owens Cross Roads, AL, and neighboring counties including De Kalb, Jackson, Limestone, Madison, and Marshall. Our program offers hot, nutritious meals that meet at least one-third of the daily-recommended dietary allowances for older adults, ensuring that our seniors receive the essential nutrients they need. We provide convenient home-delivered meals to ensure accessibility for all, and while we encourage contributions, no senior will ever be turned away due to inability to pay, with a minimum suggested donation of just $1.25 per meal. Our mission is to serve our community's elderly members with care and respect, helping them maintain a healthy and independent lifestyle.
