Financial Assistance for Families Working in the Restaurant Industry

Located in Oneonta, AL, CORE is dedicated to providing essential financial assistance to families working in the restaurant industry who are facing financial difficulties due to illness or medical emergencies. We understand the unique challenges that food and beverage service employees encounter, especially when they have children to care for. Our program offers crucial support by covering expenses such as rent or mortgage, utility bills, funeral costs, medical expenses, therapy, hospital-related travel, and necessary childcare items like diapers and formula. We are committed to assisting families in crisis by ensuring they have access to the resources they need to get back on their feet. While former grant recipients may apply again after 12 months, we maintain a lifetime cap of $7,500 to help as many families as possible. At CORE, we believe in fostering resilience and security for those who serve our communities through their work in the restaurant industry.
