Based in Northport, AL, Patches of Light is dedicated to supporting families with children who are navigating catastrophic health challenges alongside financial struggles. Our mission is to alleviate some of the burdens these families face by providing essential financial assistance for utilities and housing, as well as gas and grocery cards to support their day-to-day needs. To ensure confidentiality and maintain trust, all applications must be submitted through hospital staff working with the affected families, as we prioritize the integrity of each situation. Processing applications typically takes 2-3 weeks, and we kindly encourage submission confirmations via email to expedite the review process and minimize delays. At Patches of Light, we understand the urgent needs of these families and are here to offer a compassionate hand during their most difficult times.
