Patient Enrichment Program

Based in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, the Patient Enrichment Program, a part of NASCF, is dedicated to addressing the urgent financial needs of individuals affected by sickle cell disease. We provide essential financial assistance for utilities, transportation, prescriptions, food, and housing, ensuring that those struggling can access the support they require to improve their quality of life. To begin the process, clients need to complete an intake interview form which helps us understand their specific needs. Each application is carefully reviewed for approval by our Executive Director, allowing us to offer tailored assistance to those in need within our community.
