Nutrition Services, part of the Top of Alabama Regional Council of Governments (TARCOG), is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of seniors in Huntsville and the surrounding areas, including De Kalb, Jackson, Limestone, Madison, and Marshall County, AL. Our mission is to provide hot, nutritious meals that meet one-third of the daily-recommended dietary allowances for older adults, ensuring that every senior has access to healthy food. We offer both congregate dining and home-delivered meal options, prioritizing convenience and care. While we encourage contributions from our senior participants, we believe that no one should go hungry due to financial constraints, which is why we maintain a policy that ensures no one is turned away for an inability to pay, with a minimum suggested donation of just $1.25 per meal.
