Patient Enrichment Program

The Patient Enrichment Program, offered by NASCF in Harvest, AL, is dedicated to providing critical support to individuals battling sickle cell disease. Our mission is to alleviate the financial burdens faced by our clients through emergency assistance for essential needs such as utilities, transportation, prescriptions, food, and housing. We welcome individuals to complete an intake interview form to assess their needs, ensuring that our services are tailored and effective. Each application is carefully reviewed for approval by our Executive Director, reflecting our commitment to compassionate and immediate support for those in need.
