Patient Enrichment Program

The Patient Enrichment Program, part of NASCF in Fort Payne, AL, is dedicated to providing essential emergency financial assistance to individuals living with sickle cell disease. We understand the unique challenges faced by our clients and offer support for a variety of urgent needs, including utilities, transportation, prescriptions, food, and housing. To access these vital resources, individuals are invited to complete an intake interview form that helps us assess their specific situations. Each request is carefully reviewed by our Executive Director to ensure that we are meeting the most pressing needs with compassion and efficiency.
