MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Deatsville, AL, is dedicated to transforming the lives of Veterans through targeted weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored treatment options that cater to their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of weight management solutions including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! program, which provides in-home support and clinician contact. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management. For those facing ongoing challenges with obesity, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
