Patient Enrichment Program

Located in Boaz, Alabama, the Patient Enrichment Program, part of NASCF, is dedicated to providing essential financial assistance to individuals battling sickle cell disease. We understand the unique challenges faced by our clients and offer support for urgent needs such as utilities, transportation, prescriptions, food, and housing. Our goal is to alleviate the burden during difficult times through a straightforward process, where clients complete an intake interview form to assess their specific needs. Each request is thoughtfully reviewed by our Executive Director to ensure timely assistance is provided, empowering our patients to focus on their health and well-being.
