Virginia Young

Virginia Young is the founder of PEACE Center, LLC, dedicated to serving neurodivergent children and families in the Auburn community. She employs a team approach to deliver tailored interventions that elevate the level of care provided. Virginia specializes in working with neurodivergent children, adolescents, and emerging adults, particularly those facing challenges such as Tics, OCD, ADHD, and Autism. Her therapeutic practices are grounded in a variety of methods, including Neurodiversity Affirming therapy, Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Strength-Based approaches. With over 10 years of experience and specific training from renowned experts in Tourette and tic disorders, she is well-equipped to address diverse neurotypes and their co-occurring conditions, including anxiety, depression, and learning disabilities. As a devoted mother of four neurodivergent children, Virginia intimately understands both the joys and challenges that come with this journey. She is passionate about fostering connections, building community, and creating allies who advocate for neurodiversity. Her commitment to providing affirming support enables families to find the resources they need, ensuring that they never feel alone in their struggles.
