Additionally, she has three years of experience facilitating support groups for gender minorities and transgender individuals. In her individual therapy sessions, Tamara creates a safe space where clients are encouraged to face life’s storms together, building resilience and shelter from their challenges. She empowers clients to reach out for help, whether it be to her or another trusted individual, reminding them that there is no shame in seeking support.
