Our program offers a financial grant of $200, a $100 gas card to help with transportation, and a $100 grocery card to alleviate the burden of daily necessities. In addition, we provide access to psycho-social counseling sessions via phone by a licensed clinical social worker, along with genetic counseling sessions for tailored support. We encourage healthcare professionals to submit applications on behalf of those in need, and we process requests in the order they are received, dependent on available funding.
