Located in Valdez, AK, CORE is dedicated to assisting food and beverage service workers facing financial challenges due to illness or medical emergencies. Our mission is to provide essential financial support to employees with children, helping to cover critical expenses such as rent or mortgage, utilities, medical bills, therapy, and even funeral costs. We also ensure that the needs of children are met, including provisions for diapers, formula, and childcare expenses. CORE grants offer a maximum of $7,500 over a recipient's lifetime, with applications accepted for new or ongoing situations after a 12-month interval.
