Elders Program

The Elders Program in Unalakleet, AK, dedicatedly supports the senior community by providing essential services that enhance quality of life and promote health. This comprehensive program offers caregiver training, case management, durable medical equipment, and consumer-directed personal care assistant services tailored to individual needs. We also prioritize the well-being of our seniors through respite services, fall prevention education, and Medicare/Medicaid assistance. Our enriching activities, such as the Retired Senior Volunteer Program and monthly Elder food boxes, foster connection and community spirit among seniors. Additional offerings include Elder transportation in the Anchorage area, advocacy, resource assistance, and vital training programs in mental health and gatekeeping to ensure our elders are well-supported and cared for.
