Financial Assistance Funds

In Trapper Creek, AK, Financial Assistance Funds is dedicated to supporting children with special health care needs and their families by providing much-needed financial assistance. Our program addresses essential medical costs, including prescriptions, medical bills, and durable medical equipment, as well as non-medical expenses like home modifications, clothing, and personal care items. We also help families with healthcare utilization costs such as travel to medical facilities and lodging during treatments, along with daily living expenses including food and utilities. Each family may receive grants of up to $500 per year, with careful reviews ensuring that requests are handled fairly and efficiently. For any needs beyond this limit, approval from our Board will be required. Our commitment is to process and respond to requests promptly, with a minimum review period of 15 business days, demonstrating our dedication to alleviating the financial burdens faced by families in our community.
