Cancer Transitions is dedicated to empowering cancer survivors in Toksook Bay, AK, offering an evidence-based program designed for individuals who have completed treatment for any type of cancer. Our services focus on those who have finalized their treatment within the last 24 months, but we believe that support should be accessible at any stage of survivorship.
