Cancer Transitions is a dedicated program based in Thorne Bay, AK, designed for cancer survivors who have recently completed their treatment, specifically those within the last 24 months, although all survivors are welcome to participate. Our mission is to empower individuals as they navigate the journey of survivorship, emphasizing a holistic approach that includes nutritional support, personalized exercise plans, and comprehensive education on emotional health and medical management. We are committed to providing essential resources and a caring community to help each participant thrive in their recovery.
