Adult Day Services

Located in Talkeetna, AK, Mat-Su Senior Services is dedicated to enhancing the independence, security, and quality of life for seniors and others in the Matanuska-Susitna Borough by offering compassionate care and support. Our Adult Day Services provide a safe and nurturing environment for frail adults and those living with Alzheimer's Disease, developmental disabilities, or brain injuries. Participants engage in enriching social, recreational, and therapeutic activities while receiving vital respite for their caregivers. Each client undergoes a thorough assessment by our qualified ADS nurse, ensuring personalized care through a customized Plan of Service that includes socialization, exercises, health monitoring, and nutritious meals. Our committed staff, along with invaluable volunteers, are central to maintaining a high-quality experience. Services are affordable, utilizing a sliding fee scale based on the individual’s ability to pay, with transportation options available within the designated service area. Families, physicians, and community agencies can initiate referrals to connect those in need with our supportive programs designed to uplift and empower.
