Meals on Wheels in Sterling, AK, is dedicated to ensuring that seniors can live independently in their homes while receiving the essential support they need. Our program delivers nutritious meals, friendly visits, and safety checks, addressing critical challenges such as hunger, social isolation, and the desire for autonomy. Each meal not only provides vital nourishment but also fosters connection, helping to combat loneliness among the elderly. We ask for a $20 refundable deposit for our special meal delivery trays and appreciate a donation of $7 for each meal. To enroll in our Meals on Wheels service, simply complete the application and submit it either by email or in person.
