In Sitka, Alaska, the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Supplemental Food Program is dedicated to supporting low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. Our mission is to promote healthy food habits through comprehensive nutrition education, access to nutritious foods, and essential breastfeeding education and support. We also connect families with vital referrals to additional services, ensuring they receive the holistic care they need during these critical stages of development.
