Local Community Health Representatives (CHR) are dedicated to helping clients navigate the assistance process, ensuring that those who qualify are informed of the available resources. In addition to immediate support, we collaborate with the Regional 477 Program Coordinator to facilitate career and training opportunities, empowering individuals to achieve greater self-sufficiency and well-being.
