Financial Assistance and Counseling

Located in Savoonga, AK, the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society is dedicated to providing crucial financial assistance and counseling for active duty and retired Sailors and Marines facing a variety of financial challenges. Our mission is to support military families with essential services including financial education and aid for utilities, housing, food, and healthcare. We offer assistance for food expenses, rent or mortgage payments, essential home repairs, and costs related to establishing a new residence, such as security deposits and utility fees. Additionally, we help with vehicle expenses, medical bills, military pay shortages, funeral costs, and even OCONUS PCS pet travel. We are committed to ensuring that every service member and their families have the resources they need to thrive in their communities.
