Financial Assistance

Operation Family Fund is dedicated to supporting eligible service members and their families in Savoonga, AK, by providing essential financial assistance through grants. These grants are designed to meet a range of critical needs, including medical care, housing purchases, and other basic necessities. To qualify, applicants must have their service-connected disability rating confirmed by a case manager, social worker, or doctor. While families may receive up to two grants, there is a minimum six-month interval required between each application. Due to a significant increase in requests for assistance, Operation Family Fund is currently unable to accept new applications as they work diligently to secure more funding through donations to continue their vital mission.
