We understand that navigating these challenges can be overwhelming, which is why we facilitate the application process exclusively through hospital staff working closely with the family to ensure confidentiality and verification. While families cannot apply directly for assistance, we encourage the medical teams to follow up with an email regarding the status of their application, as confirmation can help prevent potential delays due to technical issues. Our goal is to provide timely and compassionate support to those in urgent need during incredibly difficult times.
