Women, Infants, & Children (WIC)

The Women, Infants, & Children (WIC) program in Noorvik, AK, is dedicated to fostering healthy food habits among low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children from birth to five years old. Our mission is to empower families by providing essential nutrition education, access to supplemental foods, breastfeeding promotion and support, and valuable referrals for health care services. Through these comprehensive resources, we aim to enhance the well-being of our community's most vulnerable members and ensure they have the support needed for a healthy start in life.
