Women, Infants, & Children (WIC)

In New Stuyahok, AK, the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program is dedicated to supporting the health and well-being of low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. Our mission is to promote healthy food habits through comprehensive nutrition education, provision of supplemental foods, and dedicated breastfeeding support. We also facilitate referrals for essential health care services, ensuring that families have access to the resources they need for a healthy start. WIC is committed to nurturing the next generation and empowering families towards a healthier future.
