Elders Program

The Elders Program in Kotzebue, AK is dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors through vital assistance and support services. Our mission is to ensure that community elders have access to essential resources for a high quality and healthy life. We offer a range of programs including caregiver training, case management, and durable medical equipment to empower our seniors. Our consumer-directed personal care assistant services and respite options provide necessary relief for caregivers, while our fall and injury prevention education keeps seniors safe. We also assist with Medicare and Medicaid navigation, offer a Retired Senior Volunteer Program, and organize monthly elder food boxes and community gatherings like teas and potlucks.
