In King Salmon, Alaska, Cancer Transitions is dedicated to supporting cancer survivors as they move beyond treatment. Our evidence-based program is specially designed for individuals who have completed their cancer treatment within the last 24 months, although we welcome survivors at any stage of their journey. We offer a comprehensive approach to healing by providing nutritional guidance, personalized exercise plans, and resources for emotional health and medical management. Our mission is to empower cancer survivors with the tools and support they need to thrive in their new normal.
