Our mission is to alleviate some of the burdens these families bear by providing essential financial assistance, including support for utilities, housing, gas cards, and grocery cards. We work closely with medical teams to ensure the authenticity of each application and maintain strict confidentiality throughout the process. Applications are reviewed within 2-3 weeks and must be submitted by hospital staff on behalf of the families we serve. To enhance the efficiency of our services, we encourage all requests to be followed by a confirmation email, ensuring that applications are received and processed promptly. Patches of Light is dedicated to supporting families in their most challenging times, making sure they feel cared for and understood.
