Meals and Wheels Program

In Ketchikan, Alaska, the Meals and Wheels Program, part of the KIC Elder’s Program, is dedicated to ensuring that homebound seniors aged 60 and older receive nutritious meals delivered directly to their doors. Our compassionate service provides hot meal deliveries from Monday to Wednesday and frozen meals every Wednesday morning, ensuring our elders have consistent access to healthy food. To participate in this vital food assistance program, individuals must be pre-registered and have a medical referral. We also offer rides for seniors and legally disabled elders, highlighting our commitment to meeting the needs of our community.
