Women, Infants and Children (WIC)

The Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Program in Juneau, AK, is dedicated to supporting the health and well-being of pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. We offer vital food assistance through nutritious supplemental foods, comprehensive nutrition education, and essential resources to promote healthy eating and living. Our services include breastfeeding promotion and support, along with referrals to healthcare providers, ensuring families have access to the care they need. Additionally, we provide free manual and electric breast pumps to assist mothers in their breastfeeding journeys.
