Located in Hoonah, AK, Cancer Transitions is a dedicated program designed to empower cancer survivors who have recently completed treatment. While it primarily supports those who have finished their treatment within the last 24 months, the resources and guidance offered can benefit survivors at any stage of their journey. We understand the importance of holistic recovery, which is why our program focuses on essential areas such as nutritional support, customized exercise plans, emotional health education, and medical management resources.
