Women, Infants, & Children (WIC)

Located in Homer, AK, the Women, Infants, & Children (WIC) program is dedicated to enhancing the health of low-income pregnant women, new mothers, and their young children up to five years old. We focus on promoting nutritious eating habits through comprehensive nutrition education, providing supplemental foods that meet essential dietary needs, and offering robust breastfeeding promotion and support. Our program also connects families to vital healthcare resources, ensuring that they have access to the services and support they need for a healthy start.
