Cash Assistance

APIA's Cash Assistance program in Haines, AK is dedicated to supporting enrolled tribal members who find themselves struggling to meet essential needs for food, clothing, and shelter while actively engaging in designated work activities outlined in their Individual Self-Sufficiency Plan (ISP). We understand that emergencies can arise, and our goal is to provide timely financial assistance to those who need it most. Eligible applicants must provide documentation of their tribal membership from Akutan, Atka, Agdaagux, Belkofski, False Pass, Nikolski, Nelson Lagoon, Pauloff Harbor, St. George, Qawalangin, Unga, or QTT, and must reside in any Alaskan community or U.S. city.
