Women, Infants, & Children (WIC)

Located in Gustavus, AK, the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program is dedicated to enhancing the health and nutrition of low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as children from birth to five years old. Our mission is to foster healthy food habits through comprehensive nutrition education, providing vital supplemental foods, and promoting breastfeeding with essential support. We also facilitate referrals to health care services, ensuring that families receive the holistic care they need for a healthy start.
