Financial Assistance for Families Working in the Restaurant Industry

Based in Gustavus, AK, CORE is dedicated to providing essential financial assistance to families working in the restaurant industry who face financial difficulties due to illness or medical emergencies. Our mission is to support food and beverage service employees with children by alleviating the financial burden that can arise from unexpected health challenges. We offer aid for a range of critical expenses, including rent or mortgage, utilities, medical bills, hospital-related costs such as travel and food, childcare needs, and funeral expenses. Our assistance is designed to empower families during tough times, allowing them to focus on recovery and stability. Former recipients of CORE grants are welcome to reapply after 12 months for continued support, with a lifetime cap of $7,500 to ensure our ability to help as many families as possible.
