Food Pantry

Girdwood Chapel Food Pantry is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals and families in Girdwood, AK, who are facing financial difficulties, including children, adults, and seniors. We understand the challenges of hard times and unexpected unemployment, and our mission is to help those in need by offering critical emergency food resources. Our programs feature full service distributions that include dry pantry goods, frozen foods, meat, bread, and fresh produce, as well as partial service with pre-packaged to-go bags that provide nutritious meals for 2-3 adults. Full service is available on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month from 2 - 4 PM, while partial service occurs every Wednesday during the same hours. If you are unable to attend these distribution times, please feel free to leave a message at the Chapel for assistance. We are here to support our community one meal at a time.
