Cash Assistance

Cash Assistance, based in Galena, Alaska, proudly supports eligible enrolled tribal members facing difficulties in meeting their essential food, clothing, or shelter needs. Our program is designed for those actively engaged in work activities outlined in their Individual Self-Sufficiency Plan (ISP). We offer financial assistance to help alleviate immediate needs and promote self-sufficiency within the community. Applicants must provide documentation of tribal membership from Akutan, Atka, Agdaagux, Belkofski, False Pass, Nikolski, Nelson Lagoon, Pauloff Harbor, St. George, Qawalangin, Unga, or QTT, and can reside in any Alaskan community or U.S. city.
